The Oceanic Slimline 2 Octo is a pretty decent Octo by any standards. It offers adequate breathing resistance at depth and it is as its name sake says, slimline.
It comes with a small plastic attachment that allows you to secure the slimline 2 to your BCD via any available D-Ring on your BCD. That is a great little accessory that doesn't cost too much but goes a long way toward making it a better product for the consumer. Kudos to Oceanic. (Other gear manufacturers, take notice!)
The construction is fair although did not feel rugged or sturdy. I is mainly comprised of plastic casings and parts.
Overall, a good product for its cost.
